SALES AGREEMENT

LeFemmeBoutique.com (Le Femme Boutique, LLC) is committed to offering our customers top quality dresses and customer service.  We will only represent the finest manufacturers that have been selectively approved for their outstanding workmanship, fine materials, and originality of design. We only sell new, never worn or used gowns.

We have a no refund/return/exchange/cancellation policy for Special Ordered gowns which is the standard in our industry.  Every gown is special ordered per your requested size and color. We cannot return them to the manufacturer. We thoroughly check every gown for defects prior to shipping it to you. Should we find a defect, we will contact the manufacturer for a replacement.  Should a defect get past our inspection process, we will replace it.  You must contact us within three days of receipt for a Return Authorization Number.  No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. After verification, a replacement will be sent you at our expense. Please note: all "On Sale" items are final sale.

Most dress manufacturers provide size charts to aid in choosing the correct size. Be sure to measure carefully and use the size charts listed as they are an accurate measurement of the dresses. We rely on the information you supply to us for sizing of your merchandise. We are not responsible for the incorrect sizing of a gown. Please measure carefully, and remember that any gown may need alterations for a perfect fit.  If your measurements are on the border it is usually better to take the larger size and plan on having it altered.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your selection. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your selection and aid you with answers to your questions prior to ordering. Please provide your wear date so we can better serve your needs and allow time for alterations. 

Colors listed in the style description are actual color choices provided by the manufacturer We do not guarantee the accuracy of these color names or visual as all computer screens differ.  Actual color and details of an item may vary from what is shown due to lighting and other variations.

Items immediately available from the designer will be shipped in approximately 3 - 7 days.  However, some products may take 16 weeks or more to be made. Please note - Delivery requires a signature - someone must be present at the shipping address to receive and sign for the package.  Upon shipping from our warehouse, we will email you a tracking number so you can track your package and the expected delivery date.  We are not responsible for late receipt of package due to failed delivery attempts.

We communicate primarily by email.  Occasionally, messages do not get through.  We are not responsible for failure to communicate with you due to incorrect contact information, blocked email messages, or other factors beyond our control. You can always check the status of your order by logging on to your account on our website.  In addition, each time your order status is updated, you should receive an automatic email communication from us.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.  All payments must be made in U.S. dollars, and we do not exchange currency.
